As each person and bespoke piece of jewellery is individual so is the process that goes into designing your unique commission.
We are more than happy to help whether you have a very precise idea or absolutely no idea what you want!
We believe the true skill in our job is not so much design but interpretation of your ideas, and enjoy the process of designing something specifically for the individual.

The first stage is to have an initial chat (this can be over the phone, in person or by email) with you letting us know any idea’s you have, likes and dislikes colour schemes etc. and a rough idea of budget.
It may be helpful to show us some images you have found of other jewellery you like that is similar to what you are hoping for to give us a start point.

Once we are happy we are all singing from the same hymn sheet, we will provide you with some sketches (we take a £50 design deposit at this stage refundable from your final price).You will usually receive your sketches within two weeks unless you have a particularly tight time frame.  We will do at least three sketches if you have a clear idea, and sometimes up to 20 rough sketches if you are less sure what you want. These will be put on a private page of our website for viewing or sent to you in PDF format. Once you have picked out a couple you like we can hoan these down further if necessary.

Once you are completely happy with a final design we will give you a final quote, and take a 50% deposit- and start making your piece!

From having decided on a design and paying a deposit pieces usually take 8 weeks to complete (if a piece is more complex or stones need to be cut for the piece please allow up to 12 weeks). If you have a tight deadline please let us know and we will see what we can do to meet that for you.
